Concensus Technologies offers organizations a broad range of IT support services. Depending on your support agreement, we provide these services via:

  • Remote Access
  • Phone Support
  • Onsite break/fix
  • Scheduled Maintenance and Services
  • Remote Monitoring

Support is provided first to customers with a support services agreement based upon priority. Priority is assigned by Concensus and is defined as:

  • High
    • Network or system down.  The business is impacted
  • Medium
    • Business is not impacted but degraded
  • Low
    • Scheduled maintenance or request
